The three types of camps are listed below:

Prospect camps are usually hosted by a college football program and managed by their staff. These camps run 3-4 hours usually and there are numerous combined style testing (broad jump, height, weight, 40 time, and shuttle), position drills (assisted by the core team’s head coaches), and 7 on 7 drills.  Most of these camps are helmets and shoulder pads only and with restricted contact.

 Mega camps work much similar to the regular prospect camps except for the fact that they are coached by staff from a number of colleges and they are attended by a lot of people. The best part of these camps is that you can seek help from coaches who are from different schools and locations.
